OW17 cordially invite you to join us in this celebration either with a good, important and interesting paper and your attendance to share and exchange your experience in anything and everything about concrete and structures, especially in the areas of:

01-Concrete design & analysis for buildings & structures
02-Concrete mix design, quality control and production
03-Concrete technology, ready-mix, SCC, RCC
04-Concrete plant, equipment and machinery
05-Concrete repairs and rehabilitation
06-Concrete materials, composites
07-Concrete construction and safety
08-Concrete application in roads, bridges, tall buildings, tunnels, underwater, underground, etc

Special Sessions on selected and special topics
– (Organisers and Chairmen are invited).
The themes are not exhaustive, and submissions which fall within the conference title may be accepted and included for presentation.

Abstracts of about 400 words with the title of paper, keywords and the details of the corresponding author to reach the Secretariat immediately via email Authors will be notified the acceptance, and the full text in the conference format will be required by mid July 2017.

Highly Commendable Paper Awards will be bestowed on original and outstanding papers presented at the Conference. Keynote and Invited Lectures are not included in the Awards scheme.

Publication Policy

Please note that it is part of the requirements of submission of abstract, and finally the full paper accepted for inclusion in the conference that the author or one of the co-authors will attend the Conference and present the paper.
Papers accepted for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings will have to be registered, with a text-inclusion fee (TIF) of S$400 per paper. All registered participants will be issued with a CDRom-type of proceedings. It is also an understanding that the Organisers hold the copyrights of the papers published in the Proceedings, which will carry an ISBN reference.
